which can realize 0mm splicing, was officially launched by Zhuo Xian in 2016, and two different seamless technologies were launched at
one time. One is electronic LED light source compensation technology, and the other is optical refraction technology.
1、 Seamless technology of LED light source compensation
The specific working principle is to add a chip composed of two rows of LED with small spacing on the side of the LCD screen, which is connected with the internal circuit of the LCD, and add a lens in front of the screen to encapsulate the LED, so that the light is softer and closer to the color of the LCD screen
The advantage of the LCD seamless splicing screen of this compensation technology is that through the integration of LED and LCD, the influence of black edges can hardly be seen after multiple screens are spliced together, and the entire display principle is controlled by the computer in the whole process, with high accuracy, small heat dissipation and stable performance.
In the static state, there will be a white bar on the top of the screen, but when the image is displayed on the boot, it basically has no impact on the vision. Whether playing video or text, it is completely a whole screen effect, so it is very suitable for video conferencing and big data display platforms.
2、 Optical Refraction Seamless Technology
This technology realizes 0mm splicing for physical principle. Specifically, a layer of acrylic glass of about one centimeter is added on the original LCD splicing screen, and the four sides of the glass are specially treated to form a slope. In this way, the two glasses will form an included angle after being spliced together, so that we can use the principle of light refraction to refract the line of sight when we watch the content on the screen in front, So you can’t see the back border. No matter what kind of LCD seamless splicing screen technology, its purpose is to achieve 0mm splicing and completely eliminate the impact of black edges on vision. Although LG has launched a 0.88mm LCD splicing screen, which has greatly reduced the overall LCD frame, we all know that this has basically reached the limit, and there is little room for further exploration in the future. However, the LCD itself is subject to technical restrictions and cannot completely remove the frame, so we can only achieve the seamless display effect of 0mm through other technologies.
